MANGOTRIP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- General Cancellations service charges are Rs 100 per person per sector + Airline Charges as per Airline Policy. However, if any changes or Cancelation done by Airline or Hotel, Mangotrip is not responsible for same All cancellation and refunds are subject to Airlines Approval.
- Changes or cancelation can be done 6hrs before departure time or As per Airlines policy if different.
- Hotel cancellation or changes will be done as per particular hotels respective terms and conditions. All changes or cancellation will attract a fees of Rs 100 per person.
- Processing charges or Any kind of bank charges are non refundable in case of cancelation or changes.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Airkibe, it’ll take 6-8 Days days after the same is processed by Airlines or Hotels.
- Refunds will be made to source account only. If paid by cash then refund will be made to Bank account.
